1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 553pub website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at 553pub.net.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity and age verification process required under applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the 553pub Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations. 553pub strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 553pub Platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method – is strictly prohibited. 553pub reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

2.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The 553pub Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register or play. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

553pub is required to verify the identity and age of its players in accordance with PAGCOR KYC requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID)

553pub reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure and forfeiture of bonus funds.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

553pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 553pub does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed automatically and are typically completed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. 553pub reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts undergoing KYC review or fraud investigation.

4.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. 553pub reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large transactions in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 553pub Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

553pub reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

New players aged 21 and above are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. 553pub reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the 553pub Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

553pub reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other circumstance that results in an incorrect game outcome. In such cases, 553pub will endeavor to restore the affected account to its pre-error state.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 553pub Platform:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating more than one Account on the Platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to 553pub
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 553pub staff or other players
• Using another person's payment method or identity without their explicit authorization

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

553pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The following tools are available to every registered account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time and amount spent during a gaming session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 553pub Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of 553pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 553pub Platform without prior written consent from 553pub. Unauthorized use of 553pub's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 553pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues beyond 553pub's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform
• Any force majeure event including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures

553pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

553pub collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 553pub implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing, KYC verification).

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments

553pub reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 553pub will notify registered players via email or an on-screen notification upon login. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 553pub customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Account Suspension or Termination by 553pub

553pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 553pub's customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines. Players who believe their dispute involves a regulatory matter may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
